All guests are required to sign a rental agreement, present a valid driver's license, and will receive access only after these requirements are fulfilled. Please be aware that guests staying for 30 days or longer are considered legal tenants per the laws of New York State. The host reserves the right to have the guest cancel with Airbnb, with no financial cost or repercussion to the hosts, in the event guests fail to comply. **HOUSE RULES:** - The attic and downstairs apartment/porch are off limits - No parties allowed - No illegal substances allowed on the premises - No smoking - Pet waste must be taken care of - Please respect check-in window (3pm-10pm) and check- out (11am) times - Please do not cut on the butcher block countertops; use cutting boards - Take out the trash/recyclables when full.
